I am always pressed for time yet i must finish medicine & surgery in a week!!!  Today is the first day i set my project afoot. Now is 10:41 pm, i am too tired to read any more.

Take a short rest, go on reading. If i do not finish my plan today, my whole plan will become nothing but empty talk.

Mac mini

Apple announced the new Mac mini yesterday. It’s faster and more acceptable in price. Hmm, nice choice for me. I do not need a laptop at all, a desktop would be fine enough for me.

The new mac mini’s price start at 4200RMB. The only problem is : where is my money….

Yesterday, I found an app called Coreplayer Pro plays 720p HD movie quite well on powerbook 12 inch in a Mac forum. On an impulse, I bought one copy.

It was so happy too see that HD movie played smoothly on my ancient laptop. But wait, where was the sound? No audio output at all.

So I went to the support page, searched for help. Bad news was that this app do not support AC3 & DTS decoding at all, while most of HD movies’ audio sources are coding in these forms.

I am shocked. Sad for my money…

Today I got this pretty toy: Moshi moshi Cardette card reader & usb hub bought from Xizi who runs elesson.com.cn.

My old Powerbook G4 has only 2 usb ports. I need a usb hub for other stuff and a card reader for my DSLR.So I picked this one, and it works perfectly with my Powerbook now.

This toy has 2 usb ports , 1 CF reader & 1 SD SDHC Ms MMC xD multi reader. It’s beautiful, isn’t it?
